Vision FC head coach Predrag Jaredić has resigned from his role with immediate effect after less than four months in charge of the Ghana Premier League side.
The club announced the Montenegrin trainer's departure in a brief statement on Tuesday without disclosing the reasons behind his decision to step down.
"Vision Football Club confirms that Predrag Jaredic has resigned from his position as Head Coach with immediate effect," the club stated on its official social media pages. "We thank him for his service to the club and wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
Jaredić leaves after winning just one of his seven 2026/27 Ghana Premier League matches in charge—a 3-0 opening-day victory over Young Apostles. Since that Matchday 1 triumph, Vision FC have gone six games without a win, recording three draws and three defeats to sit 15th on the league table with six points.
His final match in the dugout ended in a late 1-0 defeat to Accra Hearts of Oak on Saturday, marking back-to-back league losses for the club.
Appointed on June 29, 2026, to succeed Nana Kwaku Agyemang ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, the 41-year-old UEFA A Licence holder arrived in Ghana after spending six years coaching the Under-21 side of Chinese club Qingdao Hainiu FC.
At his unveiling in June, Vision FC President Michael Osekre had backed the Montenegrin to establish a long-term identity at the club.
"His coaching philosophy, professionalism, and commitment to player development align perfectly with the Club's vision and long-term objectives," Osekre said at the time of the appointment.
Jaredić's sudden exit leaves Vision FC without a substantive head coach heading into Sunday's Matchday 8 away fixture against bottom-placed Dreams FC at the Tuba Astro Turf at 3:00 PM GMT. With little turnaround time making a permanent appointment unlikely before the weekend, the club's assistant coach is expected to take interim charge of the team for the trip to Tuba.
