NASCO Electronics has announced enhanced reward packages for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League, with major upgrades for both the Man of the Match and Player of the Month awards.
Electroland Ghana Limited, distributors of NASCO and the GFA's official rewards partner, confirmed the packages on Tuesday ahead of the new season which kicks off on Friday, 5 September.
For the Man of the Match award, every winner in the Ghana Premier League will now receive a 32-inch NASCO digital television set. It is the biggest prize in the history of the award since NASCO came on board eight seasons ago, replacing previous rewards such as mobile phones, grooming kits, standing fans and audio systems.
For the Player of the Month, the bumper package has been maintained. The outstanding player each month will take home a 43-inch NASCO flat-screen television and a double-door refrigerator.
The monthly award recognises the most outstanding performer based on consistency, goals, assists and overall influence for his club within the month under review. Last season, it proved a major source of motivation for players across all 18 clubs.
Chief Executive Officer of Electroland Ghana Limited, Nour Seklaoui, said the investment underlines the company's long-term commitment to Ghana football.
"This is our contribution to support local football. Our continuous improvement of reward packages season after season for players and coaches of the Men's Premier League, Women's Premier League and Division One League underlines our commitment to give back. We wish the GFA, the clubs, coaches and all the players the best of luck," he said.
GFA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo praised NASCO for its sustained support.
"We are grateful to NASCO Electronics for their continuous support. They have been one of our longest-serving partners for domestic football and this improved package will further motivate players and coaches to give their best," he said.
NASCO, one of the GFA's longest-serving partners, also rewards top performers in the Malta Guinness Women's Premier League and the Access Bank Division One League, with enhanced packages for those competitions expected to be announced ahead of their kick-offs.
