Jaredic outlines Vision FC fix ahead of Medeama showdown after AshantiGold setback

Vision FC head coach Predrag Jaredic is confident his side already has the blueprint to bounce back against Medeama after a 3-1 loss to AshantiGold at the Len Clay Stadium.

The defeat came on an emotional day in Obuasi as the Ghana Premier League returned to the city after more than four years away, with AshantiGold marking the occasion with a win sealed by a first-half hat-trick from David Gyamfi Junior.

Jaredic admitted his team paid for sloppy moments, but says the issues are fixable heading into the Medeama clash on Sept. 19.

"We have to reduce individual mistakes and be more compact defensively," Jaredic said. "When we press, we need to be closer to the opponent's players."

It is a tactical tweak the Serbian believes will be key against Medeama - staying tight, staying compact, and not giving space between the lines.

Vision FC created chances in Obuasi and Jaredic feels if they can clean up at the back, they have enough to hurt Medeama at home.

Medeama now travel to face a Vision side that knows exactly what needs to change.
