Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Nebojsa says his side must improve their form away from home if they are to compete at the top of the Ghana Premier League this season.
The Phobians travel to Bibiani to face GoldStars on Sunday, 13th September at 3pm after opening the season with a 4-0 win over Berekum Chelsea, while their hosts lost 1-0 to Bechem United on the opening weekend.
Speaking ahead of Sunday's 3pm kick-off at Duns Park, Nebojsa challenged his players to move away from the league's tendency to accept poor results on the road.
"A team that is going to set high standards has to find solutions on how to win as many away games as possible," he said.
"This is the first step for us. We are not going to say, like the Ghanaian habit, 'next time' - no, this is our time, and we are going to win this match with more confidence and more energy that we will 100% bring there."
Hearts' commanding victory on Matchday 1 has provided a positive start after a demanding pre-season, with Nebojsa describing the performance as composed and disciplined.
"That game helped to raise our confidence and morale - everything that is very important in football that you cannot see but you can feel," he said. "The spirit in the team is very good, very high, and I am sure that will help us to continue on our winning path."
Midfielder Osei Asibey echoed his manager's assessment, saying self-belief in the camp is high ahead of what is considered one of the tougher away fixtures in the division.
Hearts have often struggled for consistency away from Accra in recent seasons. A result at Duns Park on Sunday would be viewed as a significant early statement of intent.
